I run the backend.
You run the business.

I help founders and agencies get organised, move faster, and stop dropping the ball on delivery. OBM retainers, Notion builds, and workflow automation. I take on one build engagement at a time, so the work gets my full attention.
A quick walk-through of who I am, the type of work I do, and what you will find here.
In this short video, I walk through my background, the work I do across project management, systems design, and operations, and what you can expect to see in this portfolio.
Real numbers from real work. Here is what I have gotten done for the founders and agencies I have worked with.
Three things I do well. Every engagement starts with an audit โ no assumptions, no guesswork.
No templates, no guesswork. Every engagement moves through the same three steps.
I map what's actually breaking โ the tools, the handoffs, the stuff nobody's said out loud. You leave with a clear action list, whether or not we build together after.
Systems built around how you actually work, not a generic template โ Notion, project workflows, and automation, scoped and priced from what the audit found.
Trained on the system, not just handed a link. Ongoing support is available once a build is complete, for clients who want the system to stay clean.
Three projects that show how I actually work.
Full company Notion system
A company-wide Notion system built for cleaner operations and a workspace the whole team can actually use.
$10K pipeline in 30 days
An affiliate pipeline and Notion workflow built to support early-stage growth and a more organised affiliate operation.
Contract Project Manager
From founder bottleneck to a self-running system, commercial video production studio
From founder bottleneck to self-running system
A commercial video studio had every project status living in one person's head. I built the HQ, databases, and Slack automation that let the system report itself.
Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a paid audit. I scope and price from what the audit finds, never from a template. One build engagement at a time.
Ongoing operations management for founders who want a reliable right hand running the backend.
I build the Notion workspace from scratch or clean up the mess you already have.
Where every engagement starts. I map what is actually breaking before anyone talks about a build.
Ongoing support for clients whose systems I have already built.
Not ready for a full build?
Smaller scoped work runs through Fiverr. Full builds and OBM retainers start with a discovery call and audit.

How I got started and what I am focused on now.
I started working remotely in 2021. In 2022 I got my first real project with a marketing agency in the US and everything changed from there.
Since then I have worked directly with around 10 clients, mostly founders and agency owners. Through their businesses, I have touched 100+ client accounts across delivery, systems, and ops work.
Now I focus on working with founders who want things running properly without micromanaging every moving part.
My day-to-day work keeps me sharp across project delivery, operational support, and systems work. That is exactly what I bring to the projects I take on here.
I take on one build engagement at a time, alongside ongoing OBM retainers. That is deliberate โ it is how the work stays good.
If the scope is right and the timing works, I would love to connect.
I have two British Shorthairs. Pochi is my resident cat, a blue blotched smoke who is genuinely emotionally intelligent. He comes when called and always knows when I need a break. Asher is my pure cinnamon newcomer and has fully taken over the energy in the house.
I travel around the Philippines when I can. This year I took my mom to Sinulog in Cebu and we visited the Temple of Leah. Everyone tells us we look like sisters. We also celebrated her birthday at Escala Tagaytay, infinity pool and lake view included. My current favourite spot on any trip is a window seat. Every time, no exceptions.

You've seen the work. I take on one build at a time and I'm booked through September, so if October is on your radar, a 30-minute call is the place to start. If your timeline is tighter, I keep a short waitlist.
